Panasonic pt-47wx49e ptv convergence & horiz. width narrowing

Hello. I have a Panasonic pt-47wx49e projection tv and the convergence & horizontal width are faulty.

Replaced the convergence amp IC's STK392-110 with genuine Sanyo STK392-180 upgrades with no change. Checked The 12 light-blue flamefroof resistors in the vicinity & all test within specs.

Have no adjustment control through setup>convergence or serviceman mode.

I'm attaching pics & hope they are not too large to upload.

Notice how the red gun droops on the top left of the screen & horiz. width narrows in the first pic. It's the worst of the three guns. (Increase monitor brightness to get a better view of pics if needed).

Any help would be appreciated.
