WS-55513 Convergence Adjustment

With suggestion from Larry on PTSCORP regarding fixing my boards, I sent my chassis to them and got it back.  The TV is up and running, but the screen is somewhat tilted.  When I go into convergence option it looks tilted and bowed in certain places.  After talking to one of the tech, he told me how to get into the service menu and adjust the COARSE convergence which should take care of the problem.  He referenced TILT, VKEY and VLIN.

My assumption is that they must have changed the setting or defaulted to something.  Now I have to go in and make adjustments such that things look straight.  Is there any way to set these adjustments to what it would have been originally or even setting the whole screen to how it come from factory?  I’m afraid making manual adjustments is not going to get the screen like how it come from factory.  I’ve tried resetting the convergence to factory default from the Advance option in the TV Menu but that does not cure it.  It seems I have to go thru the service menu.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the V23_Training

Download the V23_Training_Manual in the Techlore Recources Technicians Corner download list, through the Recourses tab above, or the Download Service Manuals FREE! button to the right, and check out the Alignment Procedures section.
You will need the remote. Get a technician familiar with this model if needed.
Rotating the yoke assembly on the crt neck can tilt a color, if you moved those.

I was given this information

I was given this information by the technican.  I went thru the fine adjustment setting but I don't know if that is what is needed because I would have to go thru all the setting to align everything and even after that I'm not sure if it would be like it was (before the boards got fixed).  At this point I'm not sure if something happend to the convergence board/controller, because one of the cornern is bowing and part of the screen is tilted.  Any suggestions?
