How does the psp charger grip work? When I played my psp for a long time it died and the psp charger grip didnt charge it or made the psp work longer.

If it's this one, I think the battery is concealed in the grip and you are supposed to swap them out when one is about to die.
its the www.joytech.net thats the product. so how do i change the batteries without ruining all the wirings? and what kind of battery should i get?
but i actually got it from a company called CTA. i dont know what it stands for.
I don't quite know how it works (the pics aren't too helpful). Just try messing around with it, there might be a port for connecting the battery pack to the charger port, or a way to use the USB.
