When I first turn on TV I get vertical distortion on screen but after it worms up it seems to clear up until scene changes and picture gets distorted again doesnt always happen when scene changes and sometimes it is unwatchable. Can anybody help me with this problem?
check both boards for any signs of a clear Fliud Its sometimes very hard to see until you move the board back so you can check them very close it will look like a clear Oil
