Phillips 50p8341 Rear projection TV

Ok im pretty good with soldering and repairing electrical equipment but have absolutly no experiance with what can cause problems in a projection tv.
I have owned this tv since brand new never had any problems with it untill now 4-5 years later.. But first off the color and picture has had that green hue to it for quit some time and never really cared to look for a solution till now.. but thats not the problem im worried about

Problem : When i came home today i powered on my tv and got the Red Led power light has came on its sorta sounded like it was trying to turn on but failed to Fire up. So i started to check the problem. I opened the front of the tv took the screen off proceded to turn on and off then noticed that the Blue Light was not even lighting so i gave it a few taps and the light flickerd a bit. So then i proceeded to look around of course i turn the power off and unpluged. Well now i see that there was soo much dust in the bottom of the cabnet so i removed all the dust. Now i had shaken wires around hoping for a loose conector but no good. so i unscrew the main Bracket holding all 3 projectors and look underneth and i see the 3 bulbs wires etc . So i now want to see what happen when u turn on and when i do i see the green and red bulbs fire up but they did not fire up all the way meaning i have already seen it work for a few seconds when i tapped the blue projector all light got bright and could see picture then blue went out and i couldnet get it to come back on no mater what i did off on tap shake move wires etc. So now im at this point of saying what do i need to replace. Any help would be greatly appriciatted I still get power the red and green lenses are on but not really bright kinda looks like the bulb is warming up but never lighting. Now Is my blue bulb bad or some component ill try anything i would like to fix this tv. Now when i hit the power to turn off i get to see the picture for a second then powers off completely... So i doubt its a power supply problem. i do see all 3 crt warming up meaning if u watch the botom of the bulb y can see them getting orange si i cant tell if its the crt bulb or not .
