Can anyone help trouble shoot this problem for me? I have attached a picture of what its doing, appears to be a convergence problem. Sometimes I turn the tv on and the picture is ok, but then results to the concave look after about 20 seconds.....
Any help greatly appreciated.

I have pulled out the main board with the IC on it, and got the chip number on it (STK393-110) and orderd OEM sanyo replacement. I have checked what appears to be the 6 pico fuses on that same board (little green resitor looking things) and they are all closed.
Is there any resitors I need to check while I have this board pulled out waiting for the IC to show up?

The biggest thing is to make sure you have ordered and will replace the bad IC"S with original replacement IC's and not some generic type. Also check for bad or open pico fuses on the power supply board. Good Luck

Thanks for your response. I ordered original replacements, it was about $27.00 with shipping from the site you recomended.
I checked all 6 pico fuses, none were open (all shorted), is there another way to test if they are bad? I have a tech dept here with testing equipment that I can get a technician to check it out.
Also, I read in another post of yours that a resistor could go bad, I have the schematic could you point me to what resistors I need to check?
All the low value resistors in the convergence circuit.

I have a problem with my WS-55859. I tried the standard 64-point convergence adjustment, which allowed only some of the lines to be improved. When selected, some convergence points could not be adjusted. Is this caused by a bad IC?
Note: Recently fixed the blinking green LED.(TV had two problems!)
