count the blinks, it will blink then pause and blink again, post back with the number of blinks.
it blinks four times if I am counting correctly then pauses then blinks again. Thanks
Vertical deflection has stopped. Without looking at the tv myself, the most common reason will be ic 541 vertical output ic has failed, but the caps around that ic can fail too. part number
8-759-980-58 the genaric part number is TDA8172 This ia not a gaurenteed fix because other issues can cause this aswell but the is the best bet.
i opened up my tv and found related components but could not find ic 541
there are a number of printed circuit boards - do you know which one
has ic 541
