I have a 4 year old Panasonic PT47-WS49SE. When I turn on the tv, the red LED comes on, then turns off about 2 seconds later. It won't turn on again after that unless I unplug the tv and replug it back in. Then the same thing happens again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Model Number is actually a PT47-WS49SE. Issue is the same unit turns on for a few seconds but I have to unplug it and replug it for it to do the same thing every time. So input would be greatly appreciated.

and does it come as one unit or is ths crt drive

There could be any number of problems associated with your TV. It would be in your best interest to have it quoted by a technician before making any major decisions.

Unless you have experience in repairing big screen televisions, it is not recommended that you replace the CRT yourself. It takes lots of alignment and configuration to get a new CRT working properly. If you want your TV to function again, I'd call a service center.
