I am currently having convergance problems with my Sony, with the info I found on this forum I was able to find the part numbers for the IC chips. I was wondering if anybody could hook me up with the service manual.

Sorry, Our contract will not allow me to share the manual, but you really don't need the manual for this repair. If you need some advice i can help
Chips should be here this weekend, so if I have any questions I'll ask. I also read that I should check the yellow fuses around the chips. I will make sure I do this.
and on the "G" board ! that is very important
Where can I get these yellow fuses if I find any bad also what are the value of them.
mcm electronics will have them, the ones on "G" board are 5 amp and the ones on the "D" board are 3.15 amp usaly you have to use 3.5 amp for them
I just want to thank everyone who has posted about the convergance issues with the Sony KP5WS510, I used the info and succesfully repaired my television. I replaced the convergance IC's and checked all the yellows fuses which all checked good on both "D" and "G" board.
I aslo cleaned out the inside especially the projector lenses.

Can someone please tell which board is the D board in a Sony KP-51WS510. I am having a problem with the blue in the manual convergence. I know what the CI chips look like but cannot see them. The power supply board is the vertical board and there are two boards that are horizontal. Is it the one next to the power supply or the one under the A/V inputs and outputs. Thanks
