hi there im in the middle of replacing the Converg. IC's on my kp46wt510 but i need the service manual for things like checking for traces on schematics because the traces on the board are covered over so i cant follow them.
also my r8122 and 8127 are jumper wires how do i find the resisitors

if those resistors are wires, then that was an in-production change or are needed in a different model of television. That same board will be configured differently for a different model tv, on the sony's generally speaking the resistors will be fine, sony fuses the outputs of the convergence ic's, so before they have a chance to overheat they will blow the yellow fuses. I wish i could offer you the service manual but by our contract with sony, i can't. Generally you can complete this repair without the manual. Just check all the yellow fuses, and replace the ic's including the fuses on "G" board. very few cases where you have to go any further with the board, you may have to adjust the convergence after the repair, but that is it.
