I have a thin magenta streak down the center of my screen. It's not solid. almost looks like someone drew on it with a thick marker. You can see through it, but it is very distracting. Also, where can I get a screen jig for this model?

Ok, bit more info. It's not present in the bluescreen. However, it's present when I connect an input, or go to static. (cable not hooked up to tv.)
Also, here's a pic......
I can't see your picture, but it is a crt projection type, so i probily is a convergence issue. if it is slight then maybe a tweek on the factory convervence will fix it. if you can somehow get a picture it will help. Don't rely on the autofocus feature too much, it only get's its primary info from the factory settings which i suspect need a little tweek.
I didn't have a way to host the picture, so I made it my avatar. Open my profile to see the pic of my screen.
I can't see the picture that well, so i can only make suggestions. but the color suggest that you have red and blue but not green. your description of the blue screen with no stripe makes sense since the green is not needed. it looks like the green tube lost horizontal deflection and caused phosphor burn. If you look down into the green picture tube, with the tv off, through the lens on to the tube surface (you may need a flashlight) if you see this vertical stripe, it is phosphor burn, and you will need to replace the green tube. but you need to figure out why the tube lost horizontal deflection or you could have the same problem occur again.
