My Mitsubishi is going crazy

I have a problem that I can't seem to fix...my 47" Mitsubishi TV looks like it is in 3D. It appears that the red convergence is totally off...I have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions to what the problem is, or do I just have to bite the bullet and call for a service tech?

If you've tried converging

If you've tried converging the TV, but find that you can't adjust the red tube, then the convergence output has likely failed. You'll need to call a service center to have it fixed.
