Hello, I have a Magnavox 27" LCD, flat screen Television, purchased about 1 year ago. The problem is that when you connect anything (DVD player, Cable box, etc.) to any of the inputs (RCA, S-Video or Cable) the picture shows up, but with no color, only black & white. The weird thing is that if you plug something into any of the Component inputs, the color & picture shows perfectly fine as well as the TV menu is in color. Any suggestions?
You may have a setting in the TV menu setup for NTSC or PAL. Depending on where you are located is what the TV is set for. If you are in the USA, set it to NTSC. If you are in the UK set to PAL. Good Luck and let us know if you find out anything or what needed to be done to fix your problem.

yes, they are USA uses the ntsc broadcast standard, europe uses pal.
Well, it wasn't the NTSC, the television is already and only set to accept NTSC and ATSC broadcasts. Any other thoughts? Could it be a weak signal problem? To add , I hooked another, older, smaller, cheaper tv up to the same cable (just to check to see if it was a problem with the cable signal) and it works perfectly fine with all color. I am stumped.
