Panasonic 32" HDTV M# ct-32hxc43g

I am having a problem with my TV. It has been in the shop for over 2 months. This is the 2nd time, but a different problem. The picture is too wide for the screen. The internal adjustment screw only adjusts it a little. Many technitians have been involved. Some think it might be the "YOLK" if I'm spellling it correctly. This part is too expensive to just purchase to see if it fixes the problem. My tech. doesn't want to be stuck with a part he can't return.

I'm trying to find an identicle TV to use to test. Any suggestions? Scott

it doesn't sound like a yoke

it doesn't sound like a yoke to me. I have seen this before, but i can't remember what i did to fix it. It had to do with the p-p voltage going to the yoke was way too high. I think ... it was the pin ic, yes it is, have your tech change the pin cushion ic, if i remember correctly it was a small 8 pin ic.

On the skit it is marked as pin amp. it is a dual op amp.

My tech. said that your on

My tech. said that your on the right track. That pin was the first thing he replaced. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem. Any other thoughts? Thanks, Scott

I have a Panasonic CT32HXC43G

I have a Panasonic CT32HXC43G that has blown a fuse. I couldn't find a 6.5 amp so I replaced it with a 5.0 amp. It blew too. What would have caused the first fuse to blow? I was asked to throw the tv away by one of my clients because it quit working. I noticed the power button was not working, so I opened it up and corrected that problem. I thought that would solve the fuse issue, but it didn't. What else should I look for?
