Lets have a little more information please. Can you still see a picture on the screen or only a green screen? does the set look like it is the convergence that is off? Are the lines through the entire picture, or does the picture look like it is in a 3-D state? How old is this TV set? What is the model number? Has it ever worked good for you or did you receive the TV set from someone with this problem?
No, this set has worked well for some time. The picture is still good, the lines are really just faintly in the background but quite obvious on a black screen. We've had it(original owner) maybe5-6 years. Model #43UWX10B. The lines aren't really too distracting, but I'm wondering if I can fix, and if it might be a sign of (bad) things to come.

Very well could be the screen adjustment block thats going bad or maybe even the picture tube going bad.
