That means there is a problem with the 140 volt power supply. Could be a bad regulator IC, a component in the regulator circuit, or could be a shorted horizontal output transistor. This is the most common fault for the Panasonic sets. This is not really an easy fix unless you have the proper equipment to test the circuits, and the knowledge of how the regulator circuit works with the rest of the set. There are really no parts I could tell you to replace that would for sure fix this TV set. You get the 140 volts to work properly, your set will be repaired. Good luck
Is this a european model Panasonic? I do not recognize the number.
My Panasonic 47 inch wide screen (HD Ready)....The power indicator red light at front panel...will
only blink on/off...and no power whatsoever.
