Neither my iriver or my computer are recognizing that there is any connection between the two, and i havent any idea what the problem could be because it was working earlier today.
Not sure what you have tried so far, but here's a few suggestions:- Reboot your computer- Try to use a different USB port- Make sure that your MP3 player is turned on and has proper battery powerAre you using specific software to connect to the device?
Ive tried all of those, but what do you mean by a specific software to connect to the device?
Sometimes the connection could have been a little loose or the computer is a little finicky. It's not uncommon. Glad it's working now!
