boyboy, we will need some more info on your equipment, but I am also confussed a bit. Does not you say your TV set has three scart connectors? And does not all three of the devices you have, git a scart connector on the back?. If so simply plug all three units into the back of the TV set and used the video switching of the TV set to use them. Let us know the details of your problem and the differant equipment you have please.

larry, thanks for the reply, i will try to be a bit more decisive. i want to set up my dvd player, my freeview box and my sky box to my tv, but i do not know how to attach the scart leads and other cables. so i can play seperate on my tv, using my remotes. i hope you understand. thanks boyd. my tv has three scart connectors, my freeview box has two, my sky box has two. my dvd has none but i have a colour coded lead that comes with it, red yellow and white. i also have a scart adapter that fits the coloured coded lead lead. thanks again.
You will need the original remote to do the av switching from regular air channels my friend. Do you have the proper remote controller for this TV set?
yes i have, but on the control there no av buttons, only 1 to 0,i have tried theese channels, i have also tried to tune every channel in hoping it will tune the boxes, but no luck.
Lets get to the bottom of this problem my friend, once and for all. Don't get me wrong, i don't mind answering your questions at all! What we are going to need first is the exact model number, leaving no letters or numbers off, and the make of the TV set.
Do you have the owners manual, as it explains how to hook up all the external componets and how to acess them from the remote control for the TV set from page 42 thru page 46. If you do not have the owners manual, I have a copy for you and I will be more then happy to e-mail you a copy if you need it. Just leave your e-mail address here.
Ok I just sent you a copy of the owners manual. If you follow it to the letter, you sould get everything hooked up and working. Good Luck, and if the TV set still will not switch into the differant inputs, there is a fault in the TV set. Don't forget to let us know what you find out or how you made out with the hook-ups!

Have you tried to simply plug each unit into a differant scart and use it like that?
