My Projection TV has lines running horizontally but roll vertically. When it first started, It would do it on startup for about 10 to 20 mins. then flip to an great picture. I can see the picture faily good behind the lines. Very Annoying!!!! I have heard there are problems with the PiP board. If anyone that has had this problem, please post any feedback.

It most certainly sounds like you have the surface mounted capacitors going bad or have already failed on the PIP board in this set. Like I said before, these are surface mounted capacitor and not the easyest thing to change. You will need a steady hand as well asa fine tipped soldering Iron.
