You have a problem in the color circuit, the burst circuit, or your tuner is possibly bad. Not a repair I'm afraid for the novice or user, as you will most likely need an ocillilscope to trouble shoot this short of problem. Good Luck and let us know what was done to repair this TV set.

They benched it and said it was the intergrated circuit.
it was going to cost more than i paid for it because they don't make them anymore...so I said trash it I'm not picking it up!!!!!
