non of my dvd's, either dvd+rw or shop bought pre recorded disc's work. after loading a disc and pressing the (title list) button, the page that comes up is the (photo album) page. non of my disc's have photo's on so why is this coming up and how do i get back to the menu that gives me the list of recorded and pre-recorded programmes. i have a sony digital box and Tv senders connected to my dvd recorder but
these have been connected for months with no problems, i have put the unit back to factory settings and re-tuned it all but the problem remains. nothing new has happened to the setup, i just got up this morning and tried playing a disc.
This sounds like the internal CPu is confused. Try unplugging the unit for a few hours and try again. It is possible that a software error has placed this unit in an uncompatible mode. If the unit is relatively new, try contacting an authorized Sony service center for assistance.
