Television and Home Theater

 I have an older "1987" RCA Color Track 2000,TV, Mod # FMR2722T, and up until about a month ago gave no problems. It started now and then, shutting down the video to a blank screen followed by the audio, then would jump back on by its self. This would seem to happen after it  had been running for a while, ie: 15 mins or so. Then it got worse , happening more often and somtimes hitting on the side would make it come back on. As it comes on it sounds like a relay clicking on and off.

i have a 27 inch lcd tv made by dell, the problem i am having with it, if we turn it off we have a hell of a time trying to turn it back on, what seems to work is if i hold the power button in until i hear a click, then i let go, and push it in again, that sometimes works, but like right now, it been off for over 7 hrs and it still will not come back on, i have called dell, and chatted online with them, they seem like they do not now whats wrong with it, and what really sucks, is that the warraty is dead.

some one please help me my magnavox tv has a parental block on it but nobody but it on there and no one knows the code is there a way to reset it its been on there for a couple months i've tried other sites but nobody can help me
