Television and Home Theater

I have a WD 52525 replaced the lamp and still no video. I do get audio. Green timer lamp blinks rapidly on supplying power to the TV for about 1 minute, then I get the solid green, at this time I can turn on TV, still have audio but no video. After a few minutes red lamp light comes on and TV shuts down. I have to disconnect and reconnect power before I can get to the green blinking light again. I am being told the replacement lamp is good. I have tried the reset button and the audio/video reset (device and guide buttons at same time).

I have a Samsung HCL4715w which we have stopped using due to it not fully powering on anymore.

The problem started with a single color fading in and out while watching.  Then the entire image started to shrink into the top half of the screen.

Now the set will not power completly on.  when plugged in the standby relay clicks and the you hear the flyback energize and see the neck on all three crt's begin to glow and after about 2 seconds the relay shuts all down and restarts the cycle.

I have a samsung hln 617 for about 6 years. one night the tv made a pop noice and stop working and It would not turn on at all. So I decided to take it apart and I noticed that a fuses was not good(  t 6.3-amp 250- volt)  . So I went to radio and got a bag of 4 for $3.17 including taxes, I went  change the fuse then the tv made a quit click and the green and red light where flashing for 3 seconds however it wont turn on at all.
