I have a Samsung PCJ522R brought in for repair, It had tranfer fluid leak on PC board. resistor R837 got chard, I have the board clean and need this resistor's value so I can do farther test, / hoping. all is not lost.

Hello I am having a problem with my remote for my 19" maganavox. I had a universial remote programmed to it and it quit working. I tried to change the batteries and to reprogram it and nothing worked so I got the origanial remot out and it wont work either. I also tried to progam 3 different univerisal remotes to it and nothing works. any suggestions

I recently bought a cheap $80 20" Insignia from Best Buy (it's their "in house" exclusive brand) to replace my dead Sony Trinitron. What I noticed is when I watch widescreen movies the black bars curve upwards at the top and downwards at the bottom. I don't know if this is because the screen is physically curved more than my Trinitron or because there is a problem with it. Does anyone else have this problem with their tube TV's? I can also notice it when I bring up my onscreen TV Guide. I can return it and get another one but I don't want to have the same problem.
