Television and Home Theater

I have a 57-inch toshiba screen television and the screen is completely green. There is sound, but the picture is green. Is there any solution to resolve and troubleshoot the problem to retain the color?

From what I have read, A LOT of these Tv's ar having the same problems. And I don't want to repeat anything, this is my question...

If my tv starts "blueing out" (where the screen begins to flash blue, and then eventually turns off) is this a problem with the Blue CRT? or can it be a combination of things? and are these parts available? 

When I turned my television on today, all I got was 2 clicks.  It seemed to be clicking on and off.  There was no picture or sound.  The TV is 7-8 yrs. old.  Is it fixable or should we trash it?
