Television and Home Theater

My Samsung DLP tv has recently gone green on me.  The green tint is totally overpowering any other colors on the screen, but I can still see the picture.  I have gone through all of the settings on the TV, but it makes no difference.  I have checked the input settings (the cable signal is running through a home theater system) and even changed from component to HDMI, but no change.  Is this a lamp going out, or do I need to replace the entire engine?  This is a Samsung HLR4667WX/AA, with lamp #BP96-00823A(0).  Help please...

I have one of these TVs. Everytime I turn it on it turns off to stand by straight away. Can any one help? or know what the problem is?

I bought a Panasonic Dlp 3 years ago. Model pt50lc14.  I have gone through 3 bulbs.  They don't burn out, but I get a dim picture.  Almost imposible to watch in the daytime.  Even with a new bulb.  the picture never looks great.  Could there be dirty optics?  Can't seem to find any answers.
