Television and Home Theater

I've had my WD-82737 since Oct. 2010 and Ive had to do a "menu 123 reset" 3 times.  The TV would flicker and not recognise one of the HDMI ports until I reset it.  Not always the same port.  Sounds like a software or firm ware problem.  Could this be a hardware problem? 

Also even though I turn off the antenna input it reappears.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Mitsu 62825. When I turn the unit on I can get a picture and sound... however, about 2 minutes later... the unit turns off abruptly and displays error code 37 <Engine (DMD or Lamp) Fan failure>. When the tv is on and running I can hear some what sounds like soft clicking coming from the back of the unit... Not sure what to do. Any suggestions or manuals on how to repair the fans? Additionally, if there is a manual somewhere out there... does anyone know where I can find the parts to fix it.
