Television and Home Theater

HI:

I have a Panasonic 27" CRT (CTP 2780SF). Have been getting horizontal lines that sort of quiver. Thay don't completely blot out the picture, but obviously can't contnue like this. At first it was intermittent. Now always there.

 Is this fixable? EZ or difficult? Keep in mind I've never looked at the back of a TV before. So I haven't got a clue. Any thoughts on cost?

I own a Mitsubishi 1080 Big Screen TV. When I connect the HDTV the HDTV channels come in perfect, but the other channels are mostly a green color. I can adjust the color to a certain degree, but I can't get the green gone. How can I fix this problem?

Also, when the HDTV is not connected the picture is perfect on all channels. The green color only comes in when I have the HDTV connected and watching HDTV channels.
