Television and Home Theater

I have a 27" Sony Wega, flat screen TV.  While watching the TV, a menu screen continually pops up.  The menu screen says Sony Initial Set up.  When it first began I could hit the down channel button and make it go away for a while but now the remote does not always operate the TV.

I have unplugged the set to see if there was a reset.  I have also performed a factory reset on the unit but neither has helped.

The menu screen comes and goes but is on more often than not.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting green lines and green tint on my Sony projection tv model # kp-51ws500. How do I get into the service mode and adjust the green crt. I have done the flash focus with no help. I had the green crt replaced 9 months ago.

I have a TEAC 106 cm Plasma T.V. ,Model: PLH4220SD, That I have just brought over from Australia. We unpacked it, no external damage, pluged it in and it worked. An hour later the screen went blank. Turned the power off then on and it worked again for about half an hour until the screen went blank again. Now we can't get anything from the screen, the Audio is OK. Now I realise this unit is from Oz but we are only using the AV inputs, not the tuner side as we are already aware that this will not be compatable in the UK. Has anyone any sugestions? The Plasma TV is about a year old.
