Television and Home Theater

We incurred a power outage yesterday and after the power was restored, several hours later, our screen now has a large red blotch, about the size of a dime but not circular, a small green dot and a small yellow dot in the middle of our screen.  We have satellite tv and have disconnected and reset but the two dots and the red splotch still remain, any suggestions?

Magnavox model 55P8288 big screen, turns on was working perfect all day then it turns on for maybe 5 secs to a min and shuts off can anyone help please!!!

I have had it for 5 years now and first problem i have had. is this a convergence board problem? picture sometimes go back to full screen then shrinks and goes back and forth doing that. any help would be great.
