Television and Home Theater

Hello everyone.  I happened across your site here when I was looking online for some help with an issue that I am having with my television and I hope someone here can help me.  It is a 32" Toshiba (not HD or Flat screen even) and I purchased it from my work at a very discounted price, so I do not know a lot of history about the television, but I can describe the problem I am having.  Sometimes when I turn on the TV, it works fine.  Other times, a line will appear at the bottom of the TV and work its way up to about the bottom 1/3 of the TV, and at that point, the p

My Sony KP57HW40 plays fine for about 1/2 hour, then begins turning reddish color, to a bright red flash, back to great piture, with a repeat of the same process, becoming more frequent, until tv finally turns itself off. Any suggestions as I have not been able to find this type problem posted anywhere.

My problem is that the green crt in my 73909 quit working. I took the back off. There has been a little coolant fluid that leaked into the catch tray. I dont think it got onto the board. Would this cause a crt to quit working? How hard is it to replace a crt? Thanks, Johnny
