tv goes off sound stays on???

Ok I have a Zenith 50 in. proje tv m#z50z83d8   s#781-15271550 

 After being on for about 10 min the picture shuts down but sound stays on. 

 Also the tv smells like it might be getting hot inside.

Could it be that it is getting to hot and shutting down??

And what can i do to fix the problem???? anyhelp you can offer would be great thx.

optima rd65 dmd board needed!

Hello everybody.

I am looking for a dmd board for a rd65 optima tv built in 2004. if any body has one or knowswere i can get one please help me out. the factory tech said i need to replace the keypad,main board, and the dmd board if i get it from them because of an update to all 3. i need an older dmd board to fix it as cheaply as possible. thasnk you in advance.

How can I restore my Toshiba 32WLT66 to factory settings?

I just bought a 360 and it won't connect to my TV through the composite input. I'm pretty sure that it's not because the 360 is broke, but because a while back I messed around with the TV's settings. This is why I want to restore the TV to factory settings.

From the manual, it seems very easy to do this - you appartently just need to choose the 'reset' option from the menu - but when I access the menu on my TV there is no option to reset.

Does anyone know how I can reset, with this being the case?

Convergence Problem on Sony Projection TV

It seem like I am not the only one having problems with my convergence. The right half of my tv is perfect the left have is not lining up, I tried everything but nothing works. Red and blu is lined up Green is by her self 10 - 20 cm away. I have been reading as much as possible in this subject and I seem to have the same problem with fauly IC's, I need to find out where to get the IC's and possible a diagram for the repairs. Thank you. This is a great site for tech help. 

toshiba 53hx71 blinking red light

Looking for some help. I have a toshiba 53hx71 that worked perfect the night before, but when I got up to watch the news the very next morning all I go was a flashing red light. Any advice. Could it be the power supply and if sow what should I look for to be the problem.

KP57HW40 Dead

A new power supply (G board ) was bought for the TV, it still had the protection kicking on with the new board.

Disconnected the A D board and the protection stopped. Power Supply came up. I am looking for an answer on the AD board. May I have a schematic or manual from someone? Much Appreciated.
