Television and Home Theater

In my Kv-34hs5100, all of a sudden, not picture or sound.....been raining for 2 days.

7 blinks on the standby light indicating HV issue? 

Have an EE background but havent repaired TV for 20 years.

 Is this likely to be a board swap?

 Wish I could get a service manual for it....maybe I can repair.  Know how to make sure things are discharged, so maybe I can do it....only 4 years old.

 Any suggestions?

I bought this TV at a auction. When you plug it in and go to turn it on the green light flashes and goes off. The set is in very good shape apperiance wise and was keep in a climate control shed. Is this a sign of a big costly problem or can it possible be fix cheaply? I only paid $50.00 for it. When turned on the power light flashes 3 times, when menu and input is pushed the error code said no error. Is this the same problem as the other model with the DM board. e-mail [email protected]. Any help is greatly appriciated.

My television comes on day or night and the channels keep switching, the volume goes up and down. The menu pops up and switches eveything, then the remote will not work while this is happening. Any answers on helping me with this problem? Daewoo. Yr 4 yrs old 20inch. Is it worth fixing it or buy another Television that won't last long.Just a bedroom T.V. that i hate to get rid of.
