Television and Home Theater

I got a LG 50 inch plasma tv it work fine at first but on HD channels theres a purple hue in bottom right corner with a line running up the screen a couple inchs from edge this can only be seen in HD and the more white the picture is (like on a NHL hockey game  that is in HD) the more you can see the purple hue and white line and help would be appreciated.

here are the problem:

1:pictrue thrill, not serious, but still can see.

2:picture with a black halo, like a scope sight, the centre of screen too bright and all round especially four conner are a little bit dark,

3:I  can enter the service mode, but i don`t know how to adjust. when i first enter, it display "00 VHS 14 SERVICE 50" "236 V4.0C FF 02 00 36" ...... something I can`t understand.

I've been trying to fix this tv for some time now. I bought the well known PTC replacement and other kits, after replacing all this it keeps blowing fuses. I even checked the net and saw all the postings for this model and the fuse problem. I did what the postings recommended and replaced the original fuse with a slow burn 4A 250v and then a slow burn 5A 250v same problem it blows instantly. I removed the PTC and tried again, same thing. I'm running out of ideas and have never had this much problem with a tv before. Does anyone know what could be wrong with this thing?
