I just recieved a Philips 51pp9200d/37 from a family member. He said that the sound worked, but there was no picture.What should I do?

Mitsubishi WS-65611 Green Blinking Light

I moved the TV from my mom's to my house, I tried to turn it on and all I get is the dreaded green blinking light. I have seen a different thread on this site pertaining to this same issue but, there were no results posted. Is there an email or something that needs sent to me for this? This problem started as an intermittent one...

I would turn on the TV - and it would work for a while then turn off by itself..

This happened every once and a while..

But now when I turn on the TV - the green light comes on for a moment then shuts off..

Almost like it is going to power up - I hear a click (the relays) and then shuts down..

I have a RCA projection tv Model #P52939. When you turn on the tv it just clicks, no picture, no sound, just clicks like its going to come on but doesn't any idea what I need to check or do to get it back running. I think I need to check around the power suppy but not sure! Any advice on this matter will be very helpful!! Thank You!

Mitsubishi V21 Chassis Capacitor ID??

Mits model WS-55511  V21 chassis.........

Capacitor C9A79 is split open...Not listed in the service manual???

Can anyone provide type (ceramic?), value and voltage? 

It's very small, looks like 103 on it with a underscore under the 0.

10K pf=.01uf ??

Please help!!
