Television and Home Theater

I have a Pioneer SD P4681K that is stuck in standby mode. It happened after the power went out. Any suggestions on what the problem is???

I'm still having problems here.  I have changed the 2 ic's and a 5-amp pico fuse on the G board. The bow-tie effect is gone but now when I go to manual converge the red will only move up and down but not left to right. 

The screen looks good toward the center and then pulls towards the sides.

When I turn it on I get 4 flashes on the front panel. The service manual says 4 times means Vertical Deflection stopped. How do I go about fixing this thing?????

HI,ALL I NEED HELP WITH OLEVIA TV MODEL LT37HVS IT'S WORKING WELL YESTERDAY AND TODAY THE PICTURE ES TOO DARK..THE COLOR ,CONTRAST,BRIGHTNESS AND THE SET UP MENU WORK EXCELENT ....ANY IDEA ?MAY BE VIDEO SIGNAL IS BAD ?
