Television and Home Theater

Hi, i have the samsung HCL4715w television. I recently had a convergence problem as well as many others with this same tv. I research it and bought the correct board and installed it my self, but when i try to adjust the convergents under the menu it wont let me move the red or blue convergents. Am i doing something wrong? Please help, i would really appreciate it.

I was hoping someone might have advice about a failed repair. My tv is approximately 5 years old and was in good working order except the red would not converge any longer. I replaced the two stk-392570 modules, re-installed the board and when I turned on the tv  it would shut off seconds later. I tested the fuses and found the pico fuse F9A05 was blown so I took the board out, replaced the fuse, reinstalled the board and the same fuse blew again when I turned on the tv. Any ideas why this is happening? The stk's were only $7 per piece. Could that be the problem?

Has anyone had any experience with phillips ptv 4 blink on the error code LED? It is making a wierd sound like a soft whisping sound then it shuts off and the LED blinks 4 blinks. Any Idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance
