Does anyone have the disassembly instructions and the service manual for the 62525?

After a power outage I have diagnosed my set with GBLS( green blinking light syndrome) The doc said it would be about 850.00 to cure. I think it may be a fuse because the outage left two of my guitar amps inoperable, I checked the fuses and they were fried. Any help with the manuals and instructions woill be much appreciated. I have a philips 32pt563s37g that has no sound or picture.  The green light comes on when you push the power button, but nothing else.  I checked the fuse on the main circuit board and it looks fine.  I'm not real sure how to check the fuse with a multimeter, so it may look fine, but really be blown.

    I will first start out by saying, it is very important that you have some soldering experience working on solid state printed circuit boards and that you know that too much heat from the soldering iron will most likely ruin the pc (printed circuit) board. If this happens, it can be a very difficult repair. The boards are no longer available for these sets from Mitsubishi so I cannot stress enough, if you have no soldering experience, let a pro assist you in this repair.
