Television and Home Theater

Can someone please explain to me the difference in these 2 Capicatiors below with the same rating.

1000µF 35V 20% Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitor

Recently while painting the interior of my home I took my tv off the wall.  During this time I decided to watch the tv while it was on the carpet.  To protect the wall that had been recently painted I put a towel behind the tv (blocking the ventiliation).  The tv worked fine for a couple of hours.  I then decided to reconnect all of the components prior to mounting it back on the wall.  While plugging in the speakers for the theater system the tv went off.  I haven't been able to turn it on since that time.  Any ideas why I do not have power?

Heres's my problem.. Ok, after my Sony KP-51WS520 Rear Projection TV LED flashes Red 9 times, I decided to do some research and read about how replacing the G-Board should solve the issue. Great...I got the New G--Board today and was sooooo happy!! So now I get the new G-Board in and everything is in place. I decide to crank up the big girl(TV) and now it's flashing 4 times..WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN??
I need help....
