Television and Home Theater

I am a brand new member and need help with my mitsubishi model #ws-55905. The red convergence works fine, but the blue horizontal won't allign and it will vertically. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just turned on my TV and a gray screen shows up saying "This channel has not been approved for viewing." I tried putting in a password, but it doesn't go through.

I've tried several troubleshooting methods, and none seem to work.

Please help.

IS THERE A WAY TO PARTIALLY DISASSEMBLE THIS TV SO I CAN GET IT OUT OF MY BASEMENT?
