Television and Home Theater

I was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot my ws-65413. When I press power, it turns on for a second and then turns off. It would be great if someone could point me to a service manual or a schematic diagram. I am an electrical engineer so I am fairly faimilar with the workings of electronics. I have a Mitsubishi WS-55613; I've all ready changed the 4 capacitors on the DM board and worked great for some time.  Now it has a black screen with purple lines.  I've read some other forums and it appears that the 9v regulator on location IC9C25 is the problem.  Sweet, but I'm having trouble finding where to get a 9v surface mount regulator in a T0220 case in Orange County, California, can anybody please help?

 i have a philips projector tv mdl#60pp9202/17f that i purchased on year 2004, the problem that i have is that my tv has power but no picture. somehow, when i had a tech guy check it, he encountered a dead lizard that might have shortened the middle main board connecting to the projector. what kind of parts do i need and how can i buy it.
