Mitsubishi WS 65613 Green Light Blinking

I have a Mitsubishi 65613 that has the green light blinking constantly. I have heard to check a few things like the DM board but I have no way of knowing where that is located. Does any body have instructions with pictures of how to repair this problem? It would help me greatly. Thanks.

Larry,

Another case of error code 22.   This occurred when the power went out while the TV was on, and it hasn't worked since.
