I too have the blinking light problem. I have read all the blogs took off the back cover carefully cleaned all the dust, but I do not know how to remove the metal covers. So I just put everything back together for now. I did go and buy the capicitor caps 35v. I just did not want to make a mistake and do more harm than good.

If you could send me the instructions on how to replace these caps I would appreciate it alot. my email is [email protected]

Hello All,

I have control over the red and blue when manually adjusting the convergence, but the corners of the screen are pulled up and the text shows greater separation away from the center giving a green tinted bowtie like effect, could the convergence IC's be good ? if so what else can I check?

Also I get 4 blinks from the stand-by led, the manual say's to check =/- 15v on D board, vertical deflection stop.

I checked the voltage to the D board from the CN8004 block using GND from the connector as REF,

I miss my HD !! mitshu ws65513 and that stupid flashing green light. Would like to fix her myself.  [email protected]
