Television and Home Theater

Hi All

I have a WS48511 and ever since I have had it it had been doing stange thing with the channels.  From time to tiime it adds channels I:E original 4.1 linked to 7 then you will see it and another 4.1 linked to say channel 27 this turnes out to be really 9.1 which is linked to 27. This can happen with any of the digital channels. Th analog channel never has this problem Any one seen this problem is there a software update to fix this? It sure gets annoying to have to rescan the channels to get it working right.

I have a problem trying to store the factory convergence on my Apex. Everytime I turn it on I have to go to menu and factory set it because the colors are everywhere. Once I factory set it, store it, it is fine. I don't think it is storing because when I turn it off and back on, the colors a scewed again and I have to manually factory reset it. A manatounous chore.  Any solutiuons out there. Thanks.
