Television and Home Theater

I had a local service replace the IC convergence chip on 2/25/09.  When he powered up, it didn't reboot, so he replaced some caps in a module.  After that the unit powered up fine and the picture looded great.  But after watching TV for about 2 hours, the screen went to snow with horizontal lines scrolling from the bottom to the top.  I talked to Direct TV for 45 minutes and decided the problem was the TV and not the satelite.

Any ideas about what is going on here?

i put 2 convergence ic in the tv turns on then goe s off 3 blinks im trying to check the resisters what should i be reading on the ohm meter please

I posted at the end of another thread, but figured it might be good to start a new thread. I received a ws-65511 with a light that blinks and that is it - the tv wont turn on or give me an error code. I pulled the DM daughter board out and I am going to replace the 7 caps, but in another post I read that this the problem 65% - 70% of the time. What other issues are there? I have to order my parts online so I want to try to cover my bases on parts so I only have to make one order. Any help would be appreciated.

So far I am going to order
