Television and Home Theater

Help, I have a WD-52625 Mitsubishi TV and it looks like there are dirty spots on the screen, I tried to clean and no help, I know I purchased the TV with a glare screen and only can assume it is easy to take off but I have no idea as to how, I hope there is dirt between the screen and the glare screen

I’ve read All your work on these TVs I checked the power board and all other boards. I fixed the bad caps that needed fixing that I could see were blown. I turned on TV have sound now with checked board on screen any clues on these It had no screen before so I know I’m closer I just haven’t found what’s wrong now could use some help. Please respond. I also have a 62 TV with the same problem but no sound a checked board screen.

I forgot the password I used and tried the code in the manual. Doesn't work. Called customer service and tried thier suggestion of unplugging and replugging and using code 0000. Doesn't work. HELP!!!!!
