colr has turned yellow greenish whats the problem and how much to fix

I have a RCA 52" HD TV. The power light will blink 3 - 5 times and you hear clicking noise but television does not come on. Sometimes after a few hours of pushing the button the TV will come on and works just fine. What could be the problem?

I got this Sony KV-32S26 to repair and found that Q502, Q601 & 602 were missing, R607 (0.1 ohm) was found to be open. After checking other sites, because I do not have the manual the info was that Q502 (2SC5148) (HO transistor) & Q601/602 (C4834) 9V regulators. I replaced these parts and then checked voltage outputs which seemed to be ok, I then turned on the TV and it worked but after about an hour it just switched off, when I checked it, all the parts I just replaced died again any ideas as to what I may have missed.
