Television and Home Theater

I have a Sony Trinitron WEGA 36" TV model#KV-36FV27 it quit working due to a power surge. When turned on it makes the degauss noise as if it's coming on but the stand by light blinks 13 times slow then blinks a steady 5 times fast. No sound and no picture. From what I've read, it should be the AKB curcuit but with a power surge,you would think it would be more like over voltage or over current. If anyone has encountered this, I would like to know the typical repair part and part# for this problem and where I can buy it. Thanks for your help.

i have six blinks!!  the blinks means self-diagnosis function immediately check C515&C516 and the jungle ic, ic206 i need a pic of where the location of these parts are.thx
