Television and Home Theater

Replaced the Convergence circuit about a year ago, but last night the TV went off and won't come back on. Light stays green for about 5sec then goes off.  Is this related to the Convergence circuit?  The pico fuses?

Everything was going fine until yesterday when all channels that are sd and my satellite stopped working on the normal tv side. On the PIP side of the TV everything works just fine, satellite, ps3. Could someone please tell me how to fix this.

I'm looking for a power supply that will be able to turn off all of my devices connected to the tv by just turning off the remote.  I want to get rid of all of the standby power and just basically be able to shut off my TV and have everything else go dead.  Is there anything like that out there?
