Television and Home Theater

I got my parents a Sony Bravia LCD (46V5100).  We hooked it up and a lot of the blues are showing as green.  We tried to adjust color settings and changed the HDMI cable, but it didn't really help.  Their previous big screen projection TV did the same thing.  They have AT&T U-Verse.  Could it be the coax cable from the wall to the TV.  Any ideas????  Thanks!

I have a rca rear projection tv and I replaced the flyback transformer and it is not working correctly. I was told that there is a capacitor fix for this problem. If anyone knows where I can find this info, i.e. what capacitor size to use and what pins to attach to, or even what the readings are supposed to be at each pin on the flyback....Any info would be helpful.

My 2 year old Magnavox 32" LCD TV randomly shuts down for about 5 seconds. Problem starts about 90 minutes after startup. Hear a "pop" and no picture or sound for 5 seconds and both come back. May repeat in a few minutes or after an hour or so. Otherwise operates normally--so far!
